Cancellations or reschedulings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session.

If a student is late to a session, the tutor may but is not required to extent the session.

If the tutor is late to a session, the session will be extended or a credit will be granted for additional time.

Payment should be made no later than 48 hours of reserving a time slot.
- For in-person tutoring sessions in New York City, we charge an extra fee for travel.
