SERIES 7 EXAM TUTOR - NEED TO PASS THE SERIES 7 EXAM?
Should a Series 7 student work with a Series 7 Tutor or take a series 7 class. On the surface, series 7 classes appear to be a cost effective way to get help for the series 7 exam. Cheap may not translate into effective. One of my recent students told me that her series 7 instructor just completed his training on how to teach a class! Yikes! Hopefully your instructor will have experience...
We provide series 7 tutoring all different types of people. Some of the series 7 exam students we work with have learning issues such as ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc. We also provide series 7 tutoring tutoring for people in which English is not their first language. Some of these series 7 students are not aware that FINRA might give them extra time or special accommodations for the series 7 exam. Anyone with any of these issues should inquire with FINRA as to whether he or she would be eligible for a special arrangement.
As a Series 7 Tutor and as a person who has taken and passed many exams, I know that having a disciplined study approach to preparing for the series 7 exam is essential. Series 7 Tutoring should be used to supplement a comprehensive study plan. Some employers do not give Series 7 test takers takers time to study at work. People who take the series 7 exam might need to get up extra early to find a few hours in the day to dedicate to the process.
As a Series 7 Tutor, I try to encourage people to be disciplined about studying for the series 7 exam and other exams. I recommend that people study the series 7 exam materials a minimum of 5 days per week for at least a few hours per day. In my view, part of my job as a series 7 tutor is to persuade you to work hard!
Hiring a Series 7 Tutor requires asking important questions, especially about the experience of the Series 7 Tutor. It amazes when some students ask me a series of questions, but do not ask me about my experience. Sometimes, they ask me, "is there anything else I should know." My response is to tell them about my series 7 tutoring experience and overall investment experience.
